It's insanity. First they hired Chinese doctors now Bulgarians? What about the thousands jobless MDs in Morocco that pass concours after concours and still end up with no job?

well our governement is just obeying the globalists agenda , first they told them that they have to reduce the salary mass by reducing the number of employees in public sectors ,by offering them early retirement plan , and then they are forced to import foreign labour ...I do not think it is a big deal , Morocco is oppening to the world and as moroccans can work abroad , others can work in Morocco , who from us moroccans did not know at least a bulgarian , romanian french belgian or even british teacher during its school time ?!?!?! I for example had british and american english teachers , many french teachers and have known other nationalities teachers including arabs and even vietnamese !!! I think it is healthy for the students to come to know other people and get in touch with them

So are Bulgarians actually any cheaper than native Moroccans working as doctors?

believe it or not they are ...initially our governement could not get our doctors to work in some remote areas , so when they inspected the bulgarian market they found people ready to work anywhere in Morocco and they are even cheaper ...the problem will be the language bareer , usually these doctors have to go through a 3 months intenssive french course but I do not thing this will be enough , I remember the language difficulties some teachers from bulgaria and romania and other eastern countries had when teaching in Morocco....
