I have always wondered how unmarried Moroccan women live their sexuality.

Back home, I know so many young moroccan ladies who have never been in a relationship before due to our culture and religion which prohibit any intimate rapport between men and women outside the framework of marriage. Yet these women seem to handle it so well !

As a man, I know that unmarried men in Morocco ( and even married ones !) masturbate regularly and\or if really fortunate, they can have the odd encounter with a prostitute or an unpredictable "lover" .

Dear Anisa,

This is a virtual space where nobody knows anybobody...Ideal place for asking questions of this type and break free of stupid taboos.In fact, that's the only reason I participate in discussion forums and one of the main reasons I use the Internet at all.

I am sad to see how ,we Moroccans, so easily take offence at the slightest mention of Sex or Religion . The fact that some of us live in the West desn't seem to have succeeded in changing our mentalities either
