Hi!

It depends to which city you'll move. Amsterdam has a big Moroccan Community. I've lived here my entire life, born and raised! I can tell you that Holland has a small Moroccan community in its total, but I can also tell you that you won't say that. Based on the number of times they're on the news.
Housing is difficult here in Amsterdam. However, they are trying to change that. So, hopefully, this will be no problem anymore.
Safety is pretty good. I feel home here. Though after September 11th and an incident that happend here last year, there are still ppl who don't feel safe.
I can tell you, Holland is EXPENSIVE, in my experience, after the Euro is introduced here, everybody keeps complaining. So, if you want to make money, Holland is no option.

These are things based on my experience. I feel home here, good social life etc, though I don't wanna live here my entire life (No thanks!).

So, how about the US? Why do you wanna leave?

Hehe, what makes it $hitty? This is a serious question.

@ sbs: In two or three years I have to go to an English-speaking country for school. Which state do you recommend in the US?
