I'm coming to the conclusion that you're right - after all who's going to be celebrating in the streets if he's found innocent? It's hard to paint him as such a great anti-imperialist when he's actually facing charges for what he did.

I don't think the taboos will just be broken in the Arab world, but also among the more idiotic sections of the Western Left who act as cheerleaders for the likes of George Galloway.
