salam

You carry on fasting and don't listen to anyone.
Drinking is haram full stop there is no such thing as it is ok one day and not ok in another day. the only restriction in the Quran is where it says that Do not drink in order to understand what you are saying and also Alcohol is a tool of Satan drinking is bad for your pocket and your health it cuased many miseries to many families etc.. the only benefit is very small but its disadvantages are huge that is what Allah swt told us.
If you listen to Satan (satan maybe chained in Ramadan but it does not mean it can not whisper to you his powers are less than normal so don't listen to him . allah swt said to the Angels:
My slave comes to me over and over after he committed sins and ask for repentance he knows I can punish for them and also can forgive .... he is forgiven(haddith)

Just repent sincerely by praying because without prayer there is no repentance unless you mean it by good intentions
may God forgive you and forgive us all

That sounds like a bunch of crap to me. Where in the Quran does it say a Muslim is forbidden to pray after committing a transgression, be it violating Ramadan or anything else for that matter?

the problem with muslims nowadays is that they know what is haram and also know what is halah but because they play with with the limits and the rules they then can not find answers to suit them. I am sorry I am talking about all of us I too used to drink in Ramadan and never bothered with any rule......
Drinking is a sin like any other sin full stop what Satan will try to make the sinner do is to completely forget about God and would whisper that God has left the person in order to completely get him or her out of God way and that is the main Trick Satan uses." OMG you have done it forget it man God will never look at you you are bad etc...... then he says now that you are free go and enjoy your life etc...." typical Satanic trick but we MUST NOT FALL FOR THAT.
The prophet PBUH said that anyone who left his prayer is a Kafer for that particular moment but once he goes back to God he is ok. the facts are many from Haddiths and Quran
