We are actually in contact with the government about this, and building a rink isnt that expensive, plus often NHL, AHL and ECHL teams sell off their rink equipment, boards, plexi glass etc...

Theres also enough middle/ upper glass people and ex-pats, plus the novelty facotr of an ice rink , that if it was in a good location it would be a success.
