are the russians behind these hurricanes ??? it is well known that by using Tesla technology it was possible to change the earth temperature in giving places and hence change the weather or cause hurricanes ...this is not science foctions , those are science facts ...Tesla understood that by beaming the ionosphere it was possible to change the earth temperature in giving places , the russians who got his classified technology from theire former allies the yugoslaves ( cause Tesla was yugoslave and the yugoslave embassy got all his papers after his death ) , the americans are also using his technology ...ever heard about the HAARP project ???? then google it and you will see....
actually the very ozone hole was created artificially by HAARP , but the main stream media as usual keeps on lying to the humanity by blaming some spray gases who has nothing to do with it ....
