Kuwait donates $500 million in oil to U.S.

Wealthy OPEC nation Kuwait said on Sunday it is donating $500 million in oil products and other humanitarian aid to its ally the United States to ease severe shortages caused by Hurricane Katrina.

Kuwaitis are good friends. They did not forget the day when we liberated their country from the grip of the despot Saddam.

“We see it as our duty as Kuwaitis to stand beside our friends to ease this humanitarian crisis and to express our gratitude for the many stands in which Washington has supported us throughout the history of the special ties between the two friendly nations,” Sheikh Ahmad noted.

Sheikh Ahmad lauded what he called the “honorable stand of the United States during the (1990) Iraqi invasion of the state of Kuwait as they contributed with the blood of their sons ... which is the dearest thing to them.”

The Kuwaiti minister also said that U.S. forces provided protection to Kuwaiti oil tankers during the 1980-88 Iran-Iraq war.

Oh Please ...!!!! it does not take a rocket scientist to understand that the Kuwaitis are just a bunch of hypocrites and boots lickers ....why are they helping the americans who do not need theire millions anyways , while refugees who really need help as in Darfure and Niger are not getting nothing ...?!?!?!?! those refugees are not asking for millions of dollars , they just want a piece of bread to survive with ....Kuwaities as all the gulf people are garbage and should be nuked to ashes ....

I just want to make two things clear in here , because it seems that most of you think that the americans liberated Kuwait for whatever reason ...well first of all those same americans were behind encouraging Iraq to take Kuwait which is naturally always been historically a part of Iraq before the britts cut it off Iraq ....it is all a big comedy , so I do not think the kuwaities should feel that they have to be gratefull to the americans ...on the contrary , the americans distructed the whole region when they used DU ( Depleted Uranium) in both Gulf wars ...the results of that are still to be seen on iraquis and kuwaities and the american solders themselves ( all poor guinea pigs to the illuminati...)
