I remember being really annoyed as a kid when you'd ask for a hamburger but then got nuss coomeera maa kifta batata and zeetoon. Then I move to England I discover this thing called a chip Batty or some $hit like that,Its a hamburger bun with French fries in it, no meat at all. How odd???

A Chip Butty is slang for a Chip (French Fries) Sandwich, there is not supposed to be any meat in it.. wow, do people still eat these things? they do not do them down here in the south. Anyhow I always thought it was a Northern snack, or something.
