What should be done?

How can we fight terrorism?

Racial Profiling of Pakistanis and Middle Eastern?

Limitations on freedom of speech? Closing of mosques right after prayers?

What do you think?

so you agree with the leaders that be..

..the war on terror is against the members of a so called death cult and idealogy of hate?

The terrorism against the civilised world will cease to be, when there is no longer poverty and oppression, existing in many places around the world... Religion has little to do with what has been and still is happening, I think it is all about dirty politics.

Well, all I know is that suicide is foreign to Islam. The Koran itself states that those who kill themselves will perish in Hell for eternity.

Suicide Bombing is a Shiite notion. Committing acts of suicide in the battle field was amply discussed by Ibn-Al-Katheer in his books. This moderate Islamic scholar has warns centuries ago about this behavior which was predominant in many shiite sects in Persia.

Suicide bombing started in the early 1990s in Israel when the terrorist leaders of Hamas were allowed back from their exile in Lebanon. It was during that exile that they were indoctrinated to this radical notion of Jihad by another terrorist group: Hizb Allah, an Iranian-supported shiite group. Let us remember that Iran started training suicide bombers in the wake of the Iraq-Iran war. Teenagers use to drive their vehicles filled with bombs to meet Iraqi soldiers. Also many Suicide fighters were used by the Iranian forces to clear up land mines during that war.

Of course not, they have their own agenda (whatever that is), as do the politicians/crooks who are using each other, religion and victims of terror as pawns in their sick game, that is driving the world crazy enough to wage a WW3.

Suicide Bombers are literally sick... I can't remember who said something similar, but to combat a fly problem, you gotta to drain the swamp.. that is what I was referring to... places that suffer from deprivation and oppression are breeding grounds for people who become brainwashed and feel they have little to lose.

Places like... err... Leeds?

Or perhaps you're referring to the billionaire Bin Laden family home? Or the family homes of the 9/11 hijackers, who were overwhelmingly educated and middle class?

The fact is that the leadership of these groups is far from being drawn from among the "oppressed", and indeed in the West even most of the ordinary activists in groups like Al-Muhajiroun (or Saviour Sect, or whatever they're calling themselves this year) are drawn from the prosperous classes. Visit a University Freshers' Fair anywhere in London and (unless they've been banned along with the BNP, NF and the other extremist scum) the chances are you'll see an Al-Muhajiroun or Hizb-Ut-Tahrir stall or leafletter.

I'm sorry, but the idea that these groups and actions are somehow purely a reaction to poverty and oppression, is a myth. They are independent political forces for extremism, and they are extremely repressive in and of themselves.

Like you say, they have their own agenda, and it needs to be tackled, head on.

Not one Bin Laden has blown themselves up, nor did the late Shiekh Yassin and Ratsini...

____

Yes in Leeds. Even the mental state of the wealthy and educated can be altered and inflicted with the desire to create chaos, possibly within the intentions of avenging for the injustices that they know to be happening. A theory that is being repeated since these acts have started.

Muslims are recruited, in that they are influenced by propaganda they are issued by terrorist groups or even what they regularly see in the media and internet... such information, even personal experiences obviously overwhelming and distressing to those who make it their purpose to inflict terror attacks, even to the extent of giving up their own existence on this planet.... Apart from those recruited by Hamas (whose families are said to be rewarded and looked after by groups such as Hamas).. what is personally rewarded for those who give up their lives to terrorise?

Do you really think they are carrying out these heinous acts, in order to change our way of life, just like Tony states, when he addresses the nation?
