Why is Maroc NOT helping Niger?

Indeed , it seems that Morocco , Algeria and Libya have despatched some aid to Niger. Last ten days or so.
The UAE and China have also sent some. Interestingly, it is Chinese oil people in the Tenere who have been in touch with home and have asked for help.

Brim, you should help if you want to regardless of what is being done by the Moroccan government.
