Buying an appartment in Rabat

A friend of mine is interested in buying an apartment in Rabat. Does any one of you know average price (3 bedrooms, salon....) and nice neighborhoods he should look at? A website would be great

it all depends on how much he could pay, there r prices starting from 140 000 dh (which i wouldnt recommend)

Properties are not particularly reasonable in the nicer parts of Rabat. What areas are you looking at so far?

Interesting thread! Moroccan property is a great investment at the mo.

Did anyone watch "Unchartered Territory" on BBC last week. they featured Maroc. Said Morocco is now what Spain and teh south of France was two decades ago i.e. undervalued. So now is a good time to get in.

I don't fancy buying an apartment in Maroc tho'. That would be just like living in England. If you gonna but in a third world country, go for something with more land which will give you the option to extend over the years.
