Total rip-off. Misleading sales persons. Not cheaper & the reception is cr@p.

lol@3 there are indeed rubbish however other companies started worst than them. 121 only had few people on one tiny floor dealing with all customers withn M25 now they have 67.000 employees and have no idea what to do with the excess of money that to move items from one desk to another they employ a company to do that for them and I am talking about a distance of 4 metres less than a trip to the coffee machine and their service is still absolute rubbish

They had something on Watchdog a while back about the appallingly shabby customer service, quality of reception and handsets offered by 3. Can't believe it's all so poor!

Well I used to spend a lot of money for my phone bills until I started using 3, I use the network on pay as you go because I heard that they rip people off on line rentals before I used to pay a minimum of £200 a month for my bills now I only pay £50 as I top up my phone with £25 twice a month and that’s 1000 min which is just about enough for me I know the network is rubbish but I also use another phone because I only use 3 to call people and not to receive any phone calls.
When it comes to prices, 3 are the best.

If anyone want half price line rental for life or wants a new Contract with new handset and half price line rentral no matter which one you go for drop me an email it will cost you 100 pounds and you must pay by Direct debit

this is not a joke as i only have about 6 connections to give away. i can activate it in less than 5 minutes.

cancelling Direct debit is not the solution here is the solution which will get any telecom industry to call you back to stop the complaint being registered against them
