Moroccan R'n'B singer

Lately I saw a video clip of a Moroccan singer on RTM or 2M I am not sure.
He was singing in English and that was R'n'B style. It was hilarious. The man is named Nabil and sing something like "why do you leave me" I can't remember the right tittle.

We have to keep an eye on him.

keep an eye on him what for? I think I may consider that if he starts singing Rouicha songs.
