 I'm not going to come down too hard on this girl. She keeps her elbow in front of her hand, which is good form, but her release is a little high.

 Bad follow through. The back foot should always follow through to the forward position. Power comes from the weight transfer of the body moving forward.

 Excellent pre-throw stance. I'm sure the pictured thrower is offering his opponents a choice of rock, or, rather, which of the rocks they'd rather taste first. Sportmanship at its best.

 This young'un is a natural. Look at the elbow and hand, and open stance, almost perfect. Needs to bring the arm up a bit. I see major league potential.

 They just don't make Jews like Jesus anymore  An excellent open stance must run in this Judaic family. Very nice form from both Jew tossers.
