I don't think its just community projects. Local leisure centres report that programmes set up in the summer are usually unattended.

Tougher parents, tougher laws is the solution if you ask me!

C'mon, it's just a little white girl who was beaten up. It's not like it was an odious hate crime where the victim was a protected minority, nor was the Qu'ran allegedly desecrated.
