Contracting vs Permanent job

Which do you all think is better?

Pros of contracting

Flexibility
More pay (usually)

Cons

No job security (u only as good as ur current contract term)
No pension
No paid sick leave or annual leave

at least then you get paid holidays.

a friend of mine is a contract worker & she can take as much time off as she wants!...unpaid
