i had the chance to meet the guy who's got the guts to bring up this to the public, he was beaten up by the cops, his mom almost got killed, but he still refuses to give up.

there's a whole charity thing going on in england in order to provide some support to the concerned families, please do contact Morocco Times if you're willing to help.

This is not true for all other residances, my local one near my mum's house is a model to be proud of not up to the high standard but clean enough.
You will always get some thieves who steal money to look after themselves instead of the poor. that is life

Its true - where you have conscientious God fearing staff (all levels I mean) these places can work. Even in 'civilised' countries like the UK, this happens - remember that under-cover programme on care homes?

Obviously not everyone has a conscience...

it's true that this might happen anywhere, but the specificity of this case is that the poor guy got locked up in a police station where he was beaten up for a whole day... his mom was attacked by other female (prostitute) residents who were sent by the concerned thief and consequently lost too much blood and almost died... and worse the official TV channel (RTM) came and filmed the whole dirt and misery but somehow its broadcasting was sencored...
