Everyone likes to complain

Everyone likes to see others being good but not themselves

Everyone hates it when you tell them to look at their way of life
Everyone Blame others
Surelly if we were to be happy we need to respect others way of life being good or bad?
Why do we like to complain about others and not sort out our mess?
