I've tried my best not to be superstitious.

anyhow..

Magpies:

seeing 1 is baaad news (what about when you see one after another eeeek )

seeing 2 together is just greeeat

I hate breaking mirrors, cos' I automatically assume it is bad luck, though I get over it...

but Magpies are something else, some stuff has been happening to me, to make me believe there is something there, though I can't explain it .

what are your beliefs in these old wives tales?

that's funny - I have to say I do think about it, but then think to myself *I'm gonna be brave and do this*

I think the colour green is unlucky.. never get a green car!

My friend from school used to say that Nuns were bad luck..

I don't believe in any of that stuff.... I don't walk under scaffolding though but that's not for any superstitious reason.

Superstition in Islam is a grave sin... it can take you out of the fold of Islam, depending on what perspective you take. Not lecturing anyone, as I don't care what you do or don't believe
