When it comes to filling in the ethnic group side, of applications forms, research surveys etc.

What do you tick or consider yourself to be?


As us Moroccans, are Light skinned to the darkest of skins, and even in a family a mother could be light and the father dark. hmmm?????

I always go for other and write in Moroccan..

Anyway - I put 'Other' & specify Moroccan. However, it appears that some Moroccans tick Black African

Especially as I'm mixed, if there's the option for white & other, I go for that. Otherwise, it's other.

The only form I've come across with a check box for North African is on the Westminster City Housing Register application form

In my case they haven't got one, as it's TDH.
