Conspiracy theory perhaps not...media propaganda YES.

As has been mentioned the practical timing of the report is apt. I in no way agree with the actions of this individual but this guy has been used as a scapegoat and the media as per usual have had a feeding frenzy, which in turn generates the necessary publicity for certain party's manifesto's.

There is a lot of scaremongering but I don't believe anywhere is immune from attack. What makes you say London will never be attacked? Level of security?
