how to study in anglosaxon country?

hello everybody
I'm studying in france toulouse(to lose!) I want to continue my studies in a country like canada uk usa ....someone can advise me how to do? I'm doing applied mathematics

whats wrong with Toulouse?.it's a beautiful city.
I think you should check it out with the Uni you are studying at, then you need to check with the one you want to transfer to if it is possible to do what you want..then you worry about the moving there,visa stuff etc:.
Maybe you can get some advice on here from somebody who has done sthg similar.
