Question

Does anybody have private medical insurance?

If so which would you recommend. I've been looking at Axa and Bupa, seems like Bupa is the favorite?

yes and can i say it is worth every penny! The NHS is a nightmare and only good for emergency accidents not long term health issues. If you dont hv it then you should get it yr health is priceless.

im with standard life but PPP are good as is Bupa, you basically need to phone around and find one that suits you and yr pocket but i am totally serious even if you hv to make cut backs you need private healthcare! Be aware though that you will not be covered for conditions you might already hv whn you take up the policy, you only get covered for future/new conditions.

Thanks Bint. What if you have a condition when you join but you don't know about it and only find out after? Will you still be covered?
