Question

Well not really trains… but that time of year is approaching when everyone starts booking their tickets for Morocco. I know lots of people who booked in November!!!

Well what will be your mode of transport this summer?
Who prefers going by air and who prefers road?

I am still contemplating between the two. The last time I went by road was abut 15 years ago when my dad crammed all 5 of us in the back of his Ford Sierra… I refused to go to Morocco again if I was going to be subjected to such torture! Since then it has been RAM or BA every year.

This year the husband wants to go by car and I'm not sure…….

Well i don't know wether i'm going to Morocco this year, but normally i go by air usually RAM i had one bad experiance with BA where i ended up in Gibralter so i never used them again.
The last time i went by car was probably about 5 years ago like you i was cramped in the back with my brothers and sisters.

But if i were going with my husband, then i'd probably go by car, its so much easier to travel around in Morocco when you have your own car, i hate it when we have to fight and swear just to get a taxi home and theb sharing it with about 6 other people and some of the buses i've been on are kind of scary
The only that puts me off going by car is the long journey,

Yeah that’s why my husband wants to take the car too. He hates all the fighting over taxis and he hates the chore of getting public transport to and from the beach!
I've got a little boy so I am worried about keeping him entertained for 2 days in the back of the car!

36 Hours i know it sounds long but they said its much better that driving through those mountains in spain and also when you get to morocco you are all showered and stuff and well relaxed plus you have coffee shops and resturants and things to keep you entertained and places for kids to play.

That isn't too bad you know. Like you said, at least you can spend the time relaxing and you arrive looking presentable! Do you have any idea how much it would cost? I bet it would be awful if the sea was rough though!!!  puking everywhere!
Sorry I am crap at geography but how much time did they spend driving through France before they got to the port to catch the ferry!
