Animals are God's creation if to be killed they need to be in a the right way , remember a women who went to hell because she left her cat out and didn't feed her? Remember Solomon(pbuh) when he heard the bee feeling scared of his Army? he smiled when he heard her and asked God to protect her and her group?.
I think anyone who torture animal deserve the same
