That is so sad Wallah! The thing is they are not all bad and not all after a visa. Alhamdulilah I sponsored my husband to come over from Morocco and alhamdulilah he is a wonderful husband and father... its a shame that there are some who ruin it for others...

Alhamdulilah that you sister got her life together. I am hoping for the same for my friend but understandably she is very bitter at the moment!

As you deleted yours i thought i delete my reply to but im glad you read it before i did it.

I know they not all like that, im in the process of sponsoring my husband to come here too, he doesn't even want to come he is only coming for my sake.

I know my sister was very bitter too, she found who one of the girls he was seeing was she went round to her home and let all her anger out on her she beat her up so bad (my sister is a tough cookie lol)

But inshallah it will get easier for you friend and she will move on

Angel... please don't be offended but ALL men say they don't want to come over and they are doing it for you etc... it doesn't mean they have bad intentions its just a way of trying to show you that they are not marrying only for a visa. My husband said the same thing hahahaha.. but he said it was the only way to try and convince me that he wasn't after a visa.

Of course im not offened sis, you right a lot of men do say that so you don't feel that the visa is all they after. But ive got feeling my hubby means it he's begging me to go and live in Morocco with him, he has his own business there but then again who knows it doesn't bother me as long as he is true to me which i think he is

No I honestly think I lot of them are not only after a visa. They are after a bent eness and the fact that she is from khareej is an added bonus. It means they will have a better quality of life inshallah.
Some couples are in love or whatever but simply can't afford to get married. We all know what the promplems of unemployment are. They don't want to bring their new bride to live with their mothers because it usually starts poblems.. so how are they meant to live.
If they find a bent eness they want to be with then her being from khareej does open doors and makes life a little easier..... and then there are the few wled al hram that see benet el khareej as walking visas.. and that is simply because they are not ready for marriage and have no intention of staying with her. The marriage is purely for their own selfish gain!

I'm sure your husband is a weld en ness and will make you very happy inshallah.
