I have to loose the extra weight I have put on in the last year (1 stone). Any quick fix tips for a girl that has to be on a beach on March 1st...

Drink a glass of water before each meal and replace fizzy drinks with diet ones....snack on fruit and veg and be a bit more active...walk a few stops instead of taking the bus....simple tips but they're the best

skipping & 6hrs a week in Gym would be enough to lose all the pounds u put on & make sure u eat healthy

hun, if you hate the gym like me then do a DVD workout at home everynight.you will soon see the difference..i did it before Xmas for my xmas parties..and now have to do it again as have put the weight back on and then some!!
dance workouts are quite good as they are fun and tone all over and you do it when you like too!

thank you for all the tips, but I was looking for good diet pills to use and stuff like that. I know not a healthy way, but I am desperate. I am excerising half an hour a night and have cut down my intake to less then 1000 calories, so just want to speed up my metabolism
