MMS to Morocco

I know that this may be a silly question, seeing as though simple texts don't manage to get there, but is it possible to get MMS in Morocco - you know sending picture messages. I know you can to spain... but I tried last night to Morocco and it said "User Barred"?

of course you will get such message. Such photos are prohibited in countries like morocco.

I cant from Vodafone even when the other user has WAP on Meditel.
