It could have been, but its not necessary that his entourage or security would be around him with bells ringing. Alot of the time they just follow in cars behind, so people are none the wiser.

nope i heard he zips around in his jeep entourage free, (trust me people do look out for them) he's also been seen jogging along the beachfront..again enotourage free....why does that seem impossible

Not impossible, it just seems unlikely, thats not saying it doesnt happen. He nearly always appears heavily gaurded.

And well after his reported little escape with the 'drug crew' of the north african coast a couple of summers back you'd of thought he'd be a bit careful.
