The right time is different for everyone.
If a man has the means to provide for his wife then even at 18 is ok. Mariage is important. it stops fornication and teaches responsability.

18s are not mature nor responsible for marriage responsibilities I don't care what their believes are...

I don't think you can put an age on it, as people mature at different times... but I'd say don't even consider marriage unless you know that realistically you are financially and emotionally prepared for it. You have to keep in mind this is (inshallah) for life, and it won't always be a smooth ride.

Personally though...I'd say from early twenties & onwards for a female, and mid to late twenties plus for a bloke.
