Morocco passed an anti torture law

Morocco passed an anti torture law , punishing by 5 to 30 years any person who comits torture and up tp life sentence if the tortured is an invalid or a pregnant woman ...etc..., this is a good step forward but it contains its risks as far as I am concerned ....I hope that now Morocco won't become a heaven for all the islamists and terrorists from all over the arab world, they now know that they can have faire trials in Morocco with no torture !!!!! I have seen the 5 moroccans returning from Guantanamo on TV , and they were all happy to come to Morocco and they said : "we do not have nothing to fear in this country " in fact they all have chosen returning back to morocco rather than any other country , let's just hope now that they have faire justice that they will behave themselves and not do any silly things , democracy and justice are good as long as there are not people abusing it for theire own agenda...we'll see....
