Toufiq i do not agree because unless it's 100% proven it's very hard to be fair.

I agree. Tihad, you need to understand that paedophiles are serial offenders. I have dealt with some & they make my skin crawl. Regret? Hell no. They simply regret being caught. They do not change even after extensive therapy. The only way to deal with them is to cut their psychotic heads off.
