If they wanted to date or marry Moroccans, they would have stayed back home... More to choose from. Plus, Moroccans cannot provide the necessary papers for a citizenship. I hope that makes sense to you.

According to ISLAM, if you are a Muslim woman you should only marry a Muslim guy. So dating out of the race is Haram fi-din wa-sunna.
A muslim man can however marry a non-muslim woman.
