bank transfer , here in Canada we have "Money gram" which is veru fast (half an hour for Morocco ) and costs around $165 for $3000 ..it is digital transfer of money practically the post office dials in Morocco and you pick the money in the closest Banque Populaire

I really do not know , call the post office ...UK must be different from here ....also this is quite a new service we have in Canada ( less than a year) , UK must be a whole diferent system....

If you've got a banque chaabi account, they can telex maroc instantly. Just go down to their office & they can sort it out

Call the Consulate & they will give you their contact details. They're in a side road about 5 mins walk from the consulate. I cant remember what you need so its best you call the Consulate - hopefully they will assist
