My friend went a health clinic she is 22 years old and the place was full of 13 14 years old all holding crying babies and have not even had an education. what do we do with them? look at the crimes in the UK and the USA and tell me who is to blame? illegal sex without contraception or the govermenet?

T, look at the crimes in Saudia Arabia there are more rapes in Saudia Arabia than there are in UK & USA combined, they are just not reported.
