Chico signs a deal with Sony
X Factor reject Chico has signed a record deal with Sony BMG.

The former goat herder and ex-stripper will release his debut single It's Chico Time on February 27.

His performance of the song was one of the most memorable moments from the ITV talent show.

Chico, who was mentored by Sharon Osbourne, said he had been mobbed by fans since appearing on TV.

"The whole thing has been unbelievable," he said.

"I'm absolutely loving every minute of it, and looking forward to releasing the single at last.

Chico is taking part in the nationwide X Factor tour, which kicks off in Newcastle next month.

A wah!!! i went out for coffee this afternoon
and my friend met him over the weekend and she has him talking to her on her mobile i was soooooooooo jealous i nearly pressed delete!!!
