I don't know City 16,where are they from?..I hung out with Scred for a week when i was in Paris a few years back,they are decent guys, will you see them again?

I only know a guy called Reda from the group City 16 they are Algerians but based in Paris I was laughing propa when I first heard them cheb mami talks about them a lot.
