I am from Toronto and live in Windsor Ontario(Canada).
There a lot of jobs in Toronto if you have a degree. Ottawa is the same. If you are a minority in Ottawa it's hard getting a job. They have serious issues about (blacks , arabs, forgeiners taking their canadian jobs ect). Most of Canada is like that except for the the big cities like Toronto, Vancouver.
