Mocy..when i say Larache i don't mean it is the only, but this goes out to all the bottom towns, and when i say Rabat i mean all the well-taken-care-of cities in Morocco including especially Merrakech, Agadir and Fés.. when there is an inetrnational festival they bring their dirts here to keep them clean. i have been to Rabat several times, i know there are many insanes and junkies out there in the streets but still many of them have been transfered to here and other bottm towns..more than them are from agadir and Merrakech...so its still a fact right? and you even said so :
