Dale has made it very clear right from the beginning that he intends to meet someone from Maroc for a chat over tea.
So what if he prefers to meet a native lady? He never suggested any sleazy inclinations in his post and it was a harmless, friendly question.

dale, i am sure that your inquiry inhere wasnt meant in the way to get someone to hook up with but really to have a chat with someone...... you should just know that in our religion and our tradition it is unusual for a female to go out for a chat with a male they dont relate to,.... non-sexual friendships at themselves between men and women do not or really hardly exist, it aint the way of life you most probably are used to it, its just not in our culture...... I dont think that this fact is going to be a handicap for you to meet locals though as the mentality is very openminded.... just hang out at djema el fna in marakech for example, have a seat somewhere in the evening at one of those food corners (try no.1, chez aicha, they are the best, say hi from switzerland to monaiem) and just relax, you gonna meet men and women...just do not force it, otherwise you end up with 2 prostitutes (black hair russian or whatever) taking you into the most expensive room in the mamounia hotel ;oP.... once youre in morocco, try to applicate moroccan habits........
