Question

Asalam all, was wondering if anyone could recommend any GOOD Moroccan/North African cookery books...when I say good, I mean ones that have more traditional recipes and not the modern/jazzed up/nouvelle cuisine variations.

I've noticed a couple on amazon.co.uk that I've got on my wishlist...so if anyone's got any of these please let me know your opinions!

*Street Cafe Morocco - Anisa Helou
*The Moroccan Collection (Flavours of North Africa) -
Hilaire Walden

*Traditional Moroccan Cooking recipes from Fez -
Z. Guinadeau
