During the cold war, Leonid Brezhnev from Soviet Union visits his close ally Indira Gandhi of India. Indira
Gandhi takes Brezhnev on a sight seeing on the streets of Delhi. However Brezhnev spots an Indian taking a $hit in the street (A very common sight in India). Brezhnev points that out to Indira Gandhi who feels embarassed and angry. She immediately tells her aid to go shoot that man. Indira feeling happier now goes on showing Brezhnev her capital when Brezhnev again spots an Indian $hitting in the street. He again points it out. Indira now very angry again orders the man to be shot dead. A little while later Brezhnev again sees an Indian relieving himself on the street and points it to the Indian PM Indira Gandhi who is now furious. She order the man to be shot and now wants revenge on Brezhnev. Soon she is visiting Moscow in Soviet Union. Brezhnev takes her out on sight seeing tour of the ancient Russian capital. But Indira is only interested in embarassing Brezhnev to take her revenge. As she is being given the tour she is feverishly looking for something to embarass the Soviet President with. When she finally spots a man taking a $hit in the middle of the street. Indira screams with joy and points the man out to the Soviet President. The president is furious and immediately order the KGB agent to shoot the man dead. The KGB agent runs to the man taking the $hit but comes back. The President yells why did you not shoot him?!?! the KGB agent replies, "Sir, I cannot shoot him he is the Indian Ambassador"
