I have seen some similar pictures to the one you have posted. I have seen them on the news at times. It is the spirit of a "Time Traveler" that goes many places. Would be nice to pray and have it be that way when the time comes.

Your stories are gone. I did not see anything written that would make me think they should be removed. The fact is they were exceptionally sweet. And the gardens of pink roses were a brightness along the story. So they are gone just like that.

First I picked Algeria.com because I wanted to see what Algeria was like. I discovered that many places in Algeria were very . I don't have words to discribe. It seemed ancient and unlike other places I have seen. I knew an Algerian at the Rainbow Diner where I used to go. He was manager there and he flirts real good. All of this was totally innocent. I use to leave cards and letters for him at the diner. I think he liked this. We never really talked but he always encouraged me. This was of the time period of March 2001 to about February of 2003. Started before 9-11. In the year of 2000 I saw three Saudis at the racetrack on the television and I thought how interesting this was in America so I decided to make up a story about an Arab which I fooled around with for a time. I ran into the Algerian the following spring. I liked him a lot and I am sure he will not forget me. That means something to me. So to continue with Morocco.com I decided when I logged onto Algeria.com I would also log onto Morocco.com. I saw a show on the TV about Morocco and the Arab world is Mystical. Answer to any of your questions?

The story of Xanthia continues under the thread called Pharess. I hope this does not cause confusion for anyone but I had a problem with posting the next message so I thought it best to start a new thread.

On second thought I have decided to continue the story here for awhile longer and hope that I do not have a problem posting what I write. Enventually I will continue the story on the thread called Pharess. I hope this information is clear.

It is now time for King Ahmed to depart. He will be traveling to the Rain Forest with his son Ibraham and one of his men, Pharess. Pharess has been to Xanthia for awhile now so he has gotten to know King Ahmed quite well. Also he is one of the King's trusted men. He often accompanies King Ahmed on his journeys about. Pharess like some of the other men do not have any wives yet. They have decided to become accustomed to the routines of what goes on on the continent of Oman ,first. Sometimes Pharess travels with King Ahmed to the continent of Krua to check on what goes there.

At this time Pharess knocks on the door of the Palace and tells King Ahmed that the horses are ready. Ibraham will also be going with them into the Rain Forest.

King Ahmed tells Ishtar she must get some sleep while he is gone. It has been two complete days now since she has arrived and to be wakened from the sleep of death can be an exhausting experience. Ishtar says she will sleep this night. She promises this to Ahmed. With that King Ahmed and Pharess depart and join Ibraham at the base of the stone steps where Ibraham is waiting with the horses.

Ishtar decides that she will make fires in the fireplaces of the sitting room and see how things go. There are some logs in the fireplaces and to the side there is a wooden box with kindling in it. Ishtar has never even started a fire the regular way with matches so this experiment will be truly new to her. She puts some of the kindling in the
fireplace with the logs and then she stands back some. She intensly stares at the kindling and concentrates on starting the fire. After a few second the fire ignites. In fact the logs are alreaady smoldering and then suddenly there are flames. Now Ishtar goes into the other sitting room and ignites the fire without much kindling. Now that both fires are roaring Ishtar calls Cassem of the cell phone and tells him that she has started fires in the fireplaces of the sitting rooms. He then tells her he will come inside to make sure everything is alright.

It is now eight o'clock. Ishtar knows that the day of Xanthia runs a day of twenty-five hours. She also knows that the year exists of thirteen months which consists of fifty seven weeks. This is the month of September. King Ahmed decided to use the names of the months on Earth and then he named the last month the month of Capricorn.

Ishtar will now take her shower. She is sick of being in the same clothes she has been in since she arrived here. Now Ishtar feels refreshed and she puts on sleeping clothes.Tartufe is in Ishtar's room being company but Ishtar decides it is time to let him outside for awhile so Ishtar goes back downstairs and lets him out. Ishtar decides to go outside too. The evening is overcast and steamy. Ishtar decides to send out some lightening and conjure up a lightening display.

King Ahmed, Pharess and Ibraham have been riding along for awhile now. Some of the Watanis alredy know the three of them are somewhat into the Rain Forest. Ahmed is well aware that Ishtar is playing so he decides to cause a storm. He begins the rain lightly for while and after a time he changes it to torrents. He also sends forth thunder which upsets the horses. King Ahmed cannot fluctuate the temperatures in the Rain Forest because it might affect the balance of life with the vegataion there.

Ishtar suspects that King Ahmed was also taken up with this particular storm. The King even kicked up the wind during this storm. The Rain Forest was happy.

Finally Ishtar decides she should sleep. Then she realizes that Tartufe has been caught in this storm so she hurries downstairs to let him back in. He is not too wet, he must have found shelter. As soon as Ishtar lets him in he headed for his bed. Ishtar dried him with a towel some and the kitten fell asleep. With that Ishtar went back upstairs and went to bed. It is ten o'clock.

King Ahmed, Pharess and Ibraham have finally reached the village of the chief. The three see four heads on posts as they entered the village. These four probably were looking for treasure it is said that the Watanis have hidden. The Watanis worship the Sun God. They have an elaborate temple for their Sun God. They also have a pyramid in the center of the Rain Forest. This particular pyramid has stairs going up the front and the pyramid is flat at the top.

Some of the children have come out. Couto greets Ibraham and the men talk at a table under a thatched roof. King Ahmed talks of the Druids to Chief Maboto. The chief tells King Ahmed about the stories generations have told to the new generations. Pharess asks what information they have given? The chief explains how the poison arrows can kill the Druids but it is best to burn the bodies afterward. You must use the poisen from the Sun Snake or else the Witch must make potions for the arrows. She must study. King Ahmed asks if he should go back in time with Ishtar to speak to the ancestors of the Watanis. The chief wants to know if these stories are real or just myths. King Ahmed says for him and his people to believe. Danger is at hand. Druids steal the soul and destroy it. Chief Maboto says they shoot the arrow from a distance so that the Druids can not get close enough to harm them. The Druids can be tranqualized also. One stategy is to dig pits and put Sun Snakes in the pit. Then you cover the pit with branches and leaves. Mobato ays we must prepare. Ibraham and Couto have been listening carefully to all of this. Couto tells Ibraham he will teach him how to shot the poison arrows. Ibraham wants to know if he should also where paint. Ahmed says you can if you like. A decision is made to have Ibraham spend some time with the Watanis.

The time is now late so King Ahmed and Pharess decide to leave. King Ahmed reminds Ibraham that tomorrow is Friday, prayer day. King Ahmed tells Ibraham use the cell phone if you need me. Father I will study here. King Ahmed tells Ibrahm, Never forget that the Watanis are my people too.

King Ahmed bids farewell to the chief and he and Pharess are on their way back to Masra. That is the name of the village where the Palace is located. Before King Ahmed leaves the chief tells him and Pharess that quicksand will not destroy a Druid.
