Decorating continued

I decided that the tableand chairs should be kept at the center walk thru areas. The fan is also located centered with the center rectangle triangle stained glass window and ceiling. The fan is ornate and has a gold glass light fixture. The fan paddles, the table and chairs are Moroccan red/brown stain. There are large white porcelin ceramic pots in front of the end rectangle triangle windows. The pots are large and have Chinese evergreen plants in them. The recessed lights are above the center pots and plants. Hopefully this will be enough light for the plants to grow.
Instead of grandfather clocks in the recessed areas there will be ***ra cabinets. The cabinets are dark brown stain and the doors and drawers are dark brown and silver stripe like ***ras. The wood knobs of the drawers and doors are silver round wood knobs. The doors and drawers are 1 3/4 feet wide. The cabinets are 4 feet wide. There is a dark brown linen scarf on top of the cabinets. The scarves are embroidered with off white daisies with gold centers and dark green leaves. The embroidery is at each end of the scarves. There is an ornate bronze sculptured Tiffany lampon each of the cabinets. The shades are silver Dragonfly stained glass shades. The outlets are 1 1/2 feet up from the floor and centered behind the cabinets in the recessed areas.
The closets in the boy's rooms are brown stain. The desks are Moroccan red/brown stain. The desks have a door on the right side with a 2 inch deep drawer above the storage area. The storage area is where the computer box and wires are kept. There is a round hole with antique brass rim located in the top right back corner. This is where the wires are fed through. There is the back of the desk and underneath there is another panel. This leaves a space between the two panels for the wires. There is another round hole at the top back of the desks where the wires come up to the desk top.
All of the boy's rooms are set up the same.
The desks in the first and second alcoves of the right side , the desks are the same as the boy's desks except that the first desk has the door and storage area on the right side of the desk. The alocve desks also have a hutch top with a cubicle in the upper right and left corners. The cubicles have two wood partitions and papers and files can be kept in the sections.
All of the regular computers and printers are black except for the girl's printer in the children's TV room. That printer is silver. All the laptop computers are silver on the outside. The computers in the alcoves are laptops.
The lower level phones are located in the alcoves on the desks. The first alcove the phone is kept on the left side and the printer is kept on the right back corner diagonal. The second alcove the phone is kept on the right side and the printer is kept left back corner diagonal. There is a phone and address book in the drawers over the storage section. The books also listed E-mail addresses.

More Decorating/The Cats

The V sconces on the right and left side of the Al-Aqsa Mosque painting have gold mosaic discs on each side. The switch for the v sconces and the center light fixture outside the dining room , the switch is located in the exit corridors. There are two switches. The first is for the sconces and ceiling light. They can be turned on/off either exit corridor. The second switches control the exit corridor ceiling light fixtures.
The switches for the walk thru lights are located to the side of the left door between the walk thru and the side corridor. The left corridor the switches are to the left of the doors on the corridor side and the right corridor the switches are loacated to the right of the doors on the corridor side. The first switch is for the recessed lights of the walk thru. The middle switch is a round dimmer switch to control the speed of the fans. The third switch controls the fan light. The switches are off white and the metal plate cover is shiny brass.

We are working from back to front. The second ***ra cabinets have games in them. We are in the left side corridor. The second ***ra cabinet has 4 chess sets in the cabinet. There is one shelf in the lower part of the cabinet. There is one chess set each side and each section. There are different kinds of cards kept in the top left drawer and different decks of Tarot cards in the top right drawer. The second cabinet on the right side also has games in the lower part and cards in the upper drawers. Tarot are in the laeft drawer and different decks of cards in the right drawer.
The dark brown linen scarves have silver embroidered daisies with blue centers and green leaves. The embroidered flowers are at the curved ends of the scarves.

The desks have a round hole located at the back right lower section. there is another round hole located at the lower back right side panel of the desks. The holes have antique brass rims. The surge outlet plug feeds thru the back hole out to the wall outlet. The computer wire comes in to the computer box from this back hole. the cables from the printer, keyboard, mouse, speakers and monitor go thru the hole in the center back of the desk to the lower side hole and then to the computer box. Any plugs go into the surger outlet.
The computers in the alcoves are similar and they have a round hole in the center lower back of the hutch top. Wires from the laptop and the printer and mouse feed thru the hole in the hutch top. This set up has no computer box so just the surger is in the side storage section of the desk. the computer and desk in the first alcove is set up opposite of this econd alcove.
The wires for the computer and phone run down the corner behind the corner molding. The wires run down from the ceiling behind the moldingd to the floor. At the floor there is a notch where the wires come out and run along the floor and up to the back hole in the desk to the computer box. The jack for the phone is along the floor behind the desk. The corner moldings are low lustre white like the ceiling and walls.

The cats are Tartuffe, Princess Neisa, and Moroccan Red. If the cats come in and out of the Palace they would have to be neutered. They can go out at night and in and out during the day. They can eat inside. Water would be kept inside and out. Cats spray and it smeells really bad. This is why they would have to be neutered. The boy's room doors would be kept closed when the cats are inside. The cats can not go into the laundry room, bathrooms, kitchen, Cafe, stairwells, or shoe closet. This is if they come inside.
If we want kittens, Tartuffe and Moroccan Red can not come inside but Princess Neisa could be in and out. We need a barn with boxes with cushion in the boxes for a bed in the barn and large tub for water. The cats have to be fed at the back courtyard of the Palace. This way they will be friendly.
These are general plans about the cats. If Princess goes into heat, she will be kept in the meeting house and if we want kittens we will decide whether Tartuffe or Moroccan Red should be with her.

Things I Forgot/Guests

There are a speaker for the Public Address System. There is one speaker each top right and left corner of the outside wall of the TV Sitting Rooms. The speakers are 1 foot down from the corridor ceiling and 1 foot over from the column at the ends of the Sitting Rooms.
The light switches for the walk thru lights and fans have the round dimmer switch for the fan first and then two switches for the recess lights and fan lights. The second two switches are side ways with one above the other. The switch plate cover is shiny brass and is 5 inches x 5 inches.
The boys keep their school books in the first ***ra cabinets. They do this when they have time off from school. Four boys on the right side rooms and three boys on the left side rooms.
Since we started describing the lower level from the back, that means the alcoves, stairwells, recess areas and ***ra cabinets are described as second for the ones close to the back walk thrus and firsts if they are near the end of the corridors in the direction of the elevator alcove.
The desk chairs in the boy's rooms are black leather. The chairs in the alcoves are brown leather. The ones in the libraries are also brown leather.
I changed the desks some. There is a 4 inch x 4 inch rectangle bos section that goes from one side to the other side under the upper back desk top. The wires from the computer pieces go into the round hole behind the center top back of the desk. The wires feed into the rectangle box section to the left end where the wires go into the side storage section. Then the cables can be hooked to the computer box and the pluds go into the surger outlets. This means there is not a second panel under the desk. Just the rectangle box. Also there is not a hole in the bottom right side panel just the back lower right corner hole for the wires to go in and out of the storage section. The desk in the first right side alcove is opposite with the storage section on the right side of the desk.
The computers and desks in the libraries are set up the smae. The desks are more ornate in the librairies. The storage sections in the girl's libaries are on the left side of the desks and the desks in the boy's libaries. the storage sections are on the right side of the desks.
The desks in the alcoves are 5 feet wide x 4 1/2 feet high. There is a front molding that goes from the inner side of one of the cubicles to the other cubicle. There is an antique brss light fixture located behind the center of these moldings. The light shade of the light is like a piano shade, like a half tube with the ends like half moons. The bulbs are clear tube bulbs. The on/off switch is on the center right side of the shade. There is a brass tube that goes from the lamp along the inside desk top to the back. This is where the wire goes thru out the back. The wire is loose out the back and goes down to the outlet. The outlet is centered on the wall behind the desk 1 1/2 feet up from the floor.

The doors to the elctric closets have an antique turn lock five feet high. This way we do not have to worry about little children going into the closets.
There usually is a lundry cart by the brick wall outside the pantries. They are there for the boy's soiled clothes and towels. Clean clothes are in the carts in the morning so they can be put away. The laundry people are women so they can go into the right and left bedroom wings.
There are three carts with side and top poles. Sometimes one of them is in the second stairwell where the ironing board cabinet is located. The other two may have clothes on hangers to dry because these clothes do not go into a dryer. They may also be in the bedroom wings for soiled clothes and towels or they may be there with clean clothing. There are also two more laundry carts in each of the two laundries at the far end of the fortress wing.
Guests have to do their own laundry. They have to be really important to not. We will have temporary maid service for guests. The maids will change and launder sheets and remake the beds and dust the rooms. The maids do not do laundry or bathrooms. These kind of things have to be worked out.

The second lower level stairwell is located under the stairwell with the refrigerator. The lower stairwell is 10 feet x 17 feet size. When you enter the stairs are straight ahead, go up turn at the corner and continue up. The stairs in stairwells are 4 feet wide.
To the left of the entrance door there is a 5 feet heavy guage pipe clothing rack with white plastic hangers. All hangers are white plastic except the ones for coats. They are wood hangers. Five feet in from the far left corner there is the 3 feet wide Moroccan red/brown door to the emergency exit corridor. Frame and moldings are brown stain. Past the door one foot there is a red and bright green Moroccan cabinet. The cabinet is 2 feet wide and 1 foot deep and 2 1/2 feet high. There is a black radio/CD player on top of the cabinet. The cabinet has one drawer 1 1/2 feet wide and lower door 1 1/2 feet wide. A few CD's are kept in the drawer. Past the cabinet there is the outlet 1 1/2 feet up from the floor. The outlet plugs are dark brown with shiny brass outlet cover. All stairwell and alcove plate covers are shiny brass.
The ironing board cabinet is on the wall 1 foot past the cabinet. The ironing cabinet is the same kind as the one in the first sewing room. The laundry cart with the poles is kept in the back left corner of the stairwell under the stairs.

Emergency Exit Corridors

I decided to stick with the oringinal plan and have the dark teen girl and three year old Mobato be African children. This would be difficult decision because I really felt bad about situation in Haiti. I think things would just be too difficult to have Haitian children and further more African children have just as difficult life. I decide to stick with my first decision. Another factor is that Morocco is an African Nation and only the Moroccan children and the dark African children are African orphans.

Changes/Things I forgot: The carpets in the ironing stairwell are 6 x 17 feet size and the one between the entrance door and the stairs is 4 feet diameter. The clothes rack is made of iron pipes and fittings and it is painted silver gray. The wheels are black rubber wheels.
The small Moroccan cabinet where the radio/CD player is kept , the cabinet is bright red and maroon. The hangers are bronze colored wire hangers not white plastic. The hangers are not flimsy.

The alcove desks have a change. The desks do not have a hole in the lower back center hutch top or the back center top of the desk. Instead there is a hole with antique brass rim. The hole is located on the desk top centered back. This way the wires can feed through directly to the rectangle box under the desk top and over to the side storage area.
The wires that come down behind the corner moldings in the alcove, the first alcove the wires come behind the right back molding and the second alcove the wires come down behind the left back corner molding.

The doors and drawers to the ***ra cabinets are striped inside and outside of the doors and drawers. The cabinet knobs are dark brown stain. The knobs are round brown wood stain knobs. There are twoo knobs on each of the drawers and one knob on each of the doors. The door knobs are centered on the mid way down the doors near the outer edge.

There are light brown rectangle lighted boxes centered over the second stairwell entrance door, The entrance to the right side alcove and over the entrance doors to the first alcoves. The boxes have the word EXIT on the front. The letters are red and five inches high.

The chairs around the tables on the back walk thrus are positioned so that the back of the chairs are angled toward the four corners of the walk thrus. The switch that controls the fan and lights is located to the left side of the wall outside the walk thru section. The switches are on the wall the same side of the boy's bedrooms. The upper sideways switch controls the recessed walk thru lights and the lower sideways switch controls the fan lights.

The door to the emergency exit corridor in the ironing stairwell swings both ways. The exit corriodrs are basically the same except the position to the entrance doors from the stairwell. All the entrance doors are Moroccan red/brown with brown stain frames and moldings.
The corridors are 5 feet x 15 feet size. The 2 inch x 2 inch medium brown ceramic floor tiles continue from the stairwells into the exit corridors. The walls are brown stained planked three feet high and have ornate floor and top moldings. The upper part of the walls are medium brown vinyl wallpaper. The ceilings are dark cinamin susupended ceilings. The left side emergency exits are under the Men's and Women's bathroom latrines upstairs on the main level.
There are two 15 inch x 15 inch flourescent light fixtures in the ceiling. There are four flourescent light bulbs in each fixture and they go from left to right. The switch for the lights is located to the right side of the entrance door. The switch is dark brown and the plate cover is shiny brass. The carpet runners are 4 feet x 13 feet size. The carpets are cinamin/dark green/medium brown.
Since the exits are located on the other sides of the outer recessed 2 feet x 5 feet area in the outer main corridor there is room for built in cabinet on the immediate opposie of the recess area. The cabinets are Moroccan bright red and bright green enamel. They are 5 feet wide by 7 feet high and 1 1/2 feet deep. There are two drawers in the bottom front. The top is not built in. The top is like a shelf. The inside of the cabinets and drawers is bright red. Extra wallpaper is used to line the cabinet shelves and drawers. The Vinyl shelf wallpaper is green.
Bar soap is kept in the lower drawers. Toilet paper is kept on the first three shelves. On the left side fourth shelf are three irons. On the right fourth shelf there is a white opaque spray water bottle for ironing. the bottle has a white nozzle. There are also three bottles of liquid hand soap for refilling the dispensors in the bathrooms. The fifth shelf has boxes of girl products.
At the end of the corridors are the exit door. These doors also have EXIT boxes above the center doors. The door are brown stain paneled doors with oval leaded glass top window. The knobs and hinges are antique brass. The door knob inside has turn lock. The frames and moldings are brown stained. These doors are the same as the back exit doors. Back exit doors also have EXIT box centered above the exit doors.
Outside there is a brown metal storm door with sturdy screens and storm window. The inside door opens from the left to the right side wall and the storm door opens out from the left. The first emergency exit corridor is similar but the exit door is opposite.
The upper walls of the boy's bedrooms are maroon. The carpets are light beige/maroon/off white/medium brown.

The Emergency Exits/The Greenhouses

Some changes: The carpets in the boy's bedrooms are light beige/dark maroon/off white/medium brown. The upper walls of the emergency exits are dark brown vinyl wallpaper with green fern leaves. The ceilings are brown suspended ceilings. The cabinets are bright green with some bright red. The insides of the cabinets are bright green. The 4 feet x 13 feet carpets are dark brown/off white and black design.
All of the flashlights for the boys are silver aluminum. There is a flashlight in the top right and left drawers of the desks.
There may be a 2 1/2 feet x 3 feet painting in the recess areas above the ***ra cabinets. The painting s have dark brown stain frames. On the left side the first painting is of Spanish dancers. The second recess area the painting ids of Moroccan dancers. They would be men. On the right side the first painting would be a different painting of Moroccan dancers. The second painting is a different painting of Spanish dancers.
(There are 2 Swiffer mops in the cabinet in the left pantry. This is because I made the front and back ends of the center area 2 1/2 feet longer. This makes the pantries wider. One mop is for the bathrooms and the corridors and the second mop is for the kitchen, Cafe, pantries and the laundry room.)

There is three feet to the left of the entrance door to the exit corridor and nine feet to the right of the door to the exit that takes you outside. This is the exit corridor off the ironing stairwell. The first emergency exit you must go the the front end of the side corridor and enter the alcove where the elevator is located. There is no machine room on the lower level and this is why the outside corridor is 1 foot wider. Inside the alcove which is 7 feet x 7 feet. The back wall is recessed 1/2 foot. There is a brown stain Mosque bench centered against the back wall. The entrance to the first stairwell is three feet to the right of the back wall and the lelevator is three feet over against the right side. When you enter the stairwell the stairs are straight ahead. They go up to the corner turn and continue up to the main Mosque level. The entrance door to the emergency exit is to the far right of the entrance doorway to the stairwell. The door is three feet wide. The stairwell is the same as the second one. but opposite. There is 6 feet to the left of the entrance door to the exit that takes you outside. There also is 6 feet to the right of the entrance to the back wall on the other side of the recessed area. The cabinet in this emergency exit and the first right side emergency exit have extra dishes and glasses for the Cafe. The dishes are white with a light gray tinge. There are knives, forks and sppons in the bottom drawers. They are stainless steel. The silver ware in the din9ing room really would be silver knives, forks and spoons and accessories.
There are 4 stacks of plates on the bottom shelf. Each stack has eight dishes. The second shelf has four stacks of dessert plates and five stacks of cereal/soup bowls. The thirs shelf has coffee cups and saucers. There are two stacks of 8 saucers each side and 36 ciups in the center area. The fourth shelf has36 8ounce glasses and the fifth shelf has old fashion and juice glasses. The old fashion glasses are at the ends and the juice glasses are in the center.
The cabinet in the second right side emergency exit does not have anything in it at this time.
The exit doors to the outside open in from the far side of the corridor. The outer storm doors open out from the right side of the doors. This corriodr the doorn knobs are on the right side. The second corriodor they are on the left side. Outside is the concrete stairwell. It goes from two feet to the left of the storm door across to the other exit which has two feet to the right of the door. The bottom of the stairwells have a drain at the center. The drain runs into pipes which go to the left and the right into a gravel drywell. This is to stop the water from floodind and the drains have screening to stop mosquitos from laying eggs.
The stairs are located in the center of the stairwell. They are 8 feet wide. They take you up to the courtyard to a 6 foot wide path that takes you to the greenhouse. The courtyards are the center of the right and left bedroom wings.
There are a column by the Palace wall, one at the corner, one at the end where the stairwell turns and the stairs come up and there is one more column in between the end corner and the beginiing of the stairs. The columns are grey stone and there are three antique brass tube rails in between the columns. As the stairs go up and out there are columns and rails from the corner to the outside end at the top of the stairs. The grey stone columns have concrete cap and the columns at the top of the stairs have a raven on the cap facing the green house.
The paths in the courtyard are brick like the Main Palace
Next time, the greenhouses.

The GreenHouses

Some decorating: The Dragonfly Lamps have red and purple grapes around the bottom. The bottom of the stained glass shades are scallopped. The silver dragonflies fit into the grapes. Above the dragonflies is sky blue and then there are green leaves cascading from the center top of the shade. They are pretty.
The 4 feet x 13 feet carpets in the emergency exit corridors are dark brown/off white/green/medium brown.
The female Spanish dancers in the painting , they wear maroonish red satin dresses.
The center ceiling light fixture in the back corridor and the V sconces to the left and right of the Al-Aqsa Mosque painting. These lights remain on even at night in case the boys get up they can see. The lights in the front corridor also remain on. They are low watt.

The way to get to the first emergency corridor you must go through the three foot wide entrance door to the first alcove. The three foot wide entrance door to the first stairwell is to the left of the alcove entrance. The stairwell is 10 feet x 10 feet size. The stairs are straight ahead from the entrance door , go up to the corner and then turn to the right. This takes them up to the Main level above. The 3 foot wide entrance door to the emrgency corridor is located under the stairs to the far right corner of the stairwell. The right side stairwells have the vacumn closets in them. This one is to the right of the entrance door on the other wall. The second emergency exit corridor is the same but opposite of the first.
To enter the second corridor you must first go through the entrance to the second alcove. This entrance does not have a door. Just brown stained frame and molding. A door would interfere with the entrance door to the stairwell. This stairwell is the same as the first stairwell but opposite. The exits from the corridors are set up the same way as the left side exits. The outside concrete stairwell is also the same.
Back to the left side exits. The stairs in the outside stairwell are grey stone steps. There is a antique brass rail from the bottom of the steps to the top.
At the top of the stairs there is a six foot wide brick walk that takes you to the entrance doors of the greenhouses. The doors are three feet wide double doors. They are antique brass and have glass upper and lower parts of the doors. The doors open out with push rail.
The green houses are octagon shape(8 sides). The lower two foot high bottom are made of grey stone. Some of the stone have iron in them and appear rust color. Inside the green houses the lower walls are brick. The upper walls are all glass with dark brown metal frames. The walls are 10 feet high. The roof is cone pie shaped sections. The roof shingles are dark green clay pot shingles. There are skylights around the peak. They are pie shaped glass four feet to the round metal disks at the top. The green houses are 43 feet diamter.
The floors of the green houses are pieces of slate cemented in. The floors are concrete and slate. If the slate can be rust color that would be best but dark blue slate is alright. There is a 7 foot round wall in the center of the greenhouses. The wall is 3 1/2 feet high and inside there is dirt and an orange tree? The tree is under the skylights. There may be flowers around the trees.
This courtyard is in the center of where the left side wing is located. The path curves to the right and left from the cneter path. The side paths take you to the 5 foot double doors centered with the middle right and left center bedrooms. The double doors are each 2 1/2 feet wide. These doors are also antique brass with upper and lower glass panels. They open into the courtyard and also have a push bar on the inside.
More about the courtyard and bedroom wings another time. This is the left side wing. The right side wing is the same but opposite.
