What does it mean when someone says: "safi Allah e khown"

it is " safi Allah e aown" the letter a in "aown" sounds almost like a but there is not such an alphabet in English or French sounds the same. the only why to know is to hear it. anyway basically it means alright God help you. but people say it often when they want to say goodbye.
