AL OSSRA/FAMILY

Coolphrases and other members,

ShouKran for refreshing my fond memories of Morocco.

My fairly new family of Morocco also had couscous every Friday (Jomoaa). For those of you who are planning to visit Marocco, please keep in mind that the Moroccan family gather on Friday's (around 5-6pm ish) for this lovely dinner, and most importantly they are customed to eat (koolee) with their hands and out of a single, big "wok-like" plate/bowl.
