Don't get upset....
Anon, I detected factual errors in your response, and I pointed that out as ignorance on your part in that particular issue. Now if you have humility, I have yet to see you acknowledging your error as I pointed out. (admitting your error will make your preaching of humilty to me more effective).
No, you're not ignorant just because you disagree with me. That's not the point. I would never call you that. As explained above, I was only trying to call your attention to the issue which you're not showing proper understanding. ---------------------------------------------------- According to you no one knows who is right. That is why you are here to taunt because in your mind no one knows the truth. That means you yourself could be wrong. You could be wrong about salvation. Then why are you judging as if you have the last word? I disagree with you. I know there is salvation, there is heaven, and there is one true God and He is the God of the Bible. I know my God from my heart and I'm going to heaven to live with Him when I leave this world. I understand there are many religions claiming to have the truth. I am also aware that there are counterfeit religions and counterfeit currencies in the world. To you it may not make any difference, but to me I am not going to be fooled by the devil. |

Jeff, The Jewish answer is not as one sided as you think. Everyone thinks they hold the truth, I agree, Israel thinks it holds the truth also, however, Torah Judaism will also implicitly tell you that ultimately, exact belief doesn't really matter, whether you believe in this, this, or that, that is not necessarily the most important thing. What is important according to Torah Judaism? Answer: your deeds, actions speak louder than words. let me quote from the talmudic sage: "I call on heaven and earth as my witnesses, that Jew or Gentile, handmaid or servant, can bring upon himself the Divine presence through the force of his deeds" |

ISAIAH 55:6-7 ... Seek the Lord while he may be found; call on him while he is near. Let the wicked forsake his way and the evil man his thoughts. Let him turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on him, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.
ISAIAH 1:18 .... "Come now, let us reason together," says the Lord. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool." |
