I do it all the time. Really is a good idea to keep your pores open etc. I think its hardest for people who are used to teh wearing the works - foundation, mascara etc. Then you wouldn't recognise yourself

i only ever wear light make up anyway, so for me its never a hardship to go without.

Speaking of skin, i never bothered with products before but with the passage of time , I'd thought I'd give some a whirl

Ok, so far, I've tried the Roc - nighttime cream. The fortifying one. Lovely.
The ROC micro-dermabrasion stuff is pretty good too. Makes your face feel really fresh. Will keep you informed as I try different stuff
