Which is the best one...?

I use Rimmel but it starts bleedin after a while....?

I use a khol from Pakistan, its brilliant and stays on for hours!

I used to use Rimmel before... not sure really hun as I don't buy the pencils

So ur advice to me is to go to pakistan and purchase one...

Its not powder though, its the lead inside the eye pencil but thick, soo easy to apply, I've was looking for it everywhere in Maroc last summer but couldn't find it.

Practice makes perfect.

i havent heard of a pencil, can you only find it in london?
